So all that talk of spring in the air may have been a little premature, but I swear I did hear the birds and I hope it's not too long before they come back.
We're due another dumping of snow. It hardly seems possible, given that London never normally gets snow and this, if it arrives, will be the third? fourth? fifth? - I've lost count - time we've all limped in to work through a white city.

Gah argh boo, I have had quite enough snow for one year. It also snows INSIDE OUR OFFICE, thanks to a whole in the roof! INSIDE!
Oh I long for spring. We got another dumping last night and everything is wintery white again. I'm popping out to buy some hyacinths to make the house smell of spring at least.
