If you're at the St. John Hotel too late for the Little Bun Moment but before dinner and kind of close to cocktail hour you could do worse than order a slice of seed cake and pair it with something slow and cold. Mary's Madeira was the ideal partner whilst my Campari was more unusual but ever so good. Oh, and the early evening light there is killer.

What beautiful photos! I rushed one day just in time to have a little bun moment. I didn't regret it one bit. They are pretty darn spectacular.
